Financial Management
- Accounting
- Preparing and filing taxes
- Undertaking the distribution of gifts
- Managing endowments
- Assist with investments for churches and individuals
- Management of Charitable Gift Annuities
Property Management
- Oversee all local church properties
- Report to the conference on the state of property, equipment, investments, and resources
- Make certain that all trust funds are invested propertly
- Maintain adequate insurance coverage on all church/school properties and develop appropriate risk management policies
