The Public Affairs and Religious Liberty (PARL) Department of the Carolina Conference is dedicated to the defense, promotion, and preservation of the religious freedoms primarily of our constituent members and, in a broader sense, of all people granted to us in our national constitution, bill of rights, and by our Creator.
