Club Leader Onboarding Process​
STEP 1. Church Board Approval & eAdventist Update

The Club Director and Secretary must first be officially approved by the local church board and added to the church's eAdventist records as the current club leaders.
Request/Reactivate an Account on YMMS

Log into your Sterling Volunteers account and retrieve your Background Check Verification Date

Request your personal account through the PURPLE button at www.nadyouth.com
Select "I don't have a registered profile" from the dropdown list.
RETURNING
Director/Secretary
Background check expired/expiring in the next 60 days

RENEW before proceeding. Log-in at
www.nadadventist.org/asv.
If you are having password or renewal issue:
Call 1-855-326-1860

Click on the PURPLE button. Select "I already have a registered profile" from the dropdown list. And follow the prompts.

Email the office to notify that you renewed your background check so that the SV date can be updated. Wait for approval of account (7-10 business days)
