YMMS Tutorials and Registration
Pathfinder, Adventurer and Master Guide Clubs:
All clubs must be registered on the Youth Ministries Management System (YMMS) to be an official club, as well as members and staff.
All registration and Club of the Year reporting will be done through the YMMS ONLY!

Request/reactivate an account on YMMS

Log into your Sterling Volunteers account and retrieve your Background Check Verification Date

Request your personal account through the PURPLE button at www.nadyouth.com
Select "I don't have a registered profile" from the dropdown list.
RETURNING
Director/Secretary
Background check expired/expiring in the next 60 days

RENEW before proceeding. Log-in at
www.nadadventist.org/asv.
If you are having password or renewal issue:
Call 1-855-326-1860

Click on the PURPLE button. Select "I already have a registered profile" from the dropdown list. And follow the prompts.

Email the office to notify that you renewed your background check so that the SV date can be updated. Wait for approval of account (7-10 business days)
